KOIS

Charles-Antoine is an impact investing pioneer focused on healthcare access. As a co-founder of KOIS, he serves mainly as the Managing Partner for HealthKois, and the CIO for Healthquad, Indian healthtech innovation fund. Charles-Antoine is also Vice-Chair of UCB's Board, where he previously held several managing positions globally. He holds an executive education degree from Harvard Business School.

François, a pioneer in impact investing, co-founded KOIS driven by the belief that orienting private sector as a force for positive social or environmental impact was a great source of positive outcomes where the world needs it, and at the scale it needs it. At KOIS, François is mainly focused on Impact Expansion, KOIS European growth equity impact fund. He is co-founder and serves on the board of several not-for-profits, in the thematics of disability and climate change. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Parag joined KOIS in 2020 as CFO to head the finance and compliance function across investments, asset management, and advisory. He holds a Masters in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School, France, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Prior to KOIS, he had 5+ years of experience at Larsen & Toubro, Reliance Power, and IBM working with CXOs, and led Finance & Due Diligence teams at Guild Capital (a US-based venture capital firm).

Rumen has 15 years of investment experience across private equity and venture capital, with a focus on technology, healthcare, education, food & agriculture, manufacturing, and retail. He joined KOIS in 2021 with a role focused on investments and asset management. Holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Finance.
