Chetan Shah joined Kotak Realty Fund in 2018 as Executive Director, overseeing investments across all realty segments with special focus on residential mid-income and affordable housing. He has more than two decades of experience in real estate fund management, debt, and private equity. Prior to Kotak, he was a core team member at ASK Property Investment Advisors, where he managed multiple real estate funds (including an offshore fund) covering fundraising, deployment, monitoring, and exits, directly underwriting and monitoring over 20 investments. He has also worked at ICICI Bank (Corporate and Realty Finance), Hypo Real Estate International, and IL&FS. He is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University and a Chartered Accountant.

Lakshmi Iyer served as CEO – Investments & Strategy at KAAML from November 2022, overseeing wealth advisory, strategy, and product solutions across fixed income, equities, real estate, and alternative investments for institutional and UHNI clients. She has since moved to Bajaj Finserv as Group President – Investments & CEO, Bajaj Alternate Investment Management Limited (as of 2025). She was previously President, CIO-Debt, and Head-Products at Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company from November 1999 to November 2022, managing substantial fixed income and offshore assets. Earlier, she was a Research Analyst at Credence Analytics (1997–1999). She has been recognised as one of the Top 25 most influential women in asset management in Asia by Asian Investor. She holds an MBA in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (1998–2000).

Jitendra Gohil joined Kotak Alternate Asset Managers in August 2023 as Chief Investment Strategist. He is regularly featured in media as an expert on Indian equity market trends and investment opportunities.

Sonu Jalan joined the Kotak Group in 2006 and has over 20 years of professional experience.
