Sanjiv Mehta
Executive Chairman
Mr. Mehta is an Executive Chairman of L Catterton India. He is a consumer-focused executive with extensive senior leadership and global operational experience. With approximately four decades of experience, including 32 years with the Unilever Group, he has deep insights into the consumer industry. Mr. Mehta is a non-executive independent director at Danone, Air India Limited, and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. He is also the President Commissioner of Unilever Indonesia PT and sits on the South Asia Advisory Board of Harvard Business School. He has also been the President of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry from 2021 to 2022 and was a member of Unilever Group's global executive management team from 2019 to 2023. For the last 21 years, Mr. Mehta also held other Executive Chairman / CEO roles in various Unilever businesses across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Anjana Sasidharan
Partner & Co-Head of India
Anjana Sasidharan joined L Catterton's Mumbai office in February 2021 to oversee earlier-stage investments across India and Southeast Asia, and serves as Partner and Co-Head of India. Prior to joining L Catterton, she spent nearly a decade at Sequoia Capital, where she gained extensive expertise investing in early-stage, fast-growing consumer companies — with particular experience in healthcare — and led the formation of Sequoia Spark, a community platform for women founders across India and Southeast Asia. She began her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in India. She holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.E. from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy.
Vikram Kumaraswamy
Partner and Head of India
Mr. Kumaraswamy is a Partner at L Catterton and the firm's Head of India. He joined L Catterton in 2025 following around 27 years at Unilever PLC Group, where he held various roles culminating with him being the Group's Global Head of Corporate Development and Treasury, leading its strategic capital allocation and portfolio development initiatives, as well as spearheading deal sourcing and execution. Other roles Mr. Kumaraswamy held at the Group over the years span several business segments, functions, and geographies in strategic oversight, financial leadership, and operational transformation capacities. He is a Non-Executive Director at Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Ketki Paranjpe
Managing Director – India & West Asia
Ketki Paranjpe has been with L Catterton since its inception in Asia in 2009 and has served as the head of the India and West Asia business. She is affiliated with L Capital Mumbai Advisory Services Pvt Ltd (the predecessor entity) and Catterton Management Co. LLC. She has played a foundational role in building L Catterton's India franchise over more than a decade.
