Sunil Goyal is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Ladderup Group, which he established in 1992 as a niche financial services firm. A Fellow Chartered Accountant and Chairman of the Western India Regional Council of ICAI (2006–2007), he is a well-known investment banker with over 30 years of experience specialising in mid-market M&A, private equity, debt syndication, and corporate advisory. He has participated in debt placements for 300+ companies, managed numerous PE/equity raise mandates, and personally holds equity in over 12 mid-market companies. He is a Director on the boards of JSW Energy Ltd, JSW Hydro Energy Ltd, Indigo Paints Ltd, Ladderup Asset Managers Pvt Ltd, and Ladderup Corporate Advisory Pvt Ltd, among others.

Raghvendra Nath is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Ladderup Asset Managers Private Limited (formerly Ladderup Wealth Management) and heads the firm's wealth management and AIF/PMS investment activities. He has over 30 years of capital markets and investment management experience, with prior stints at Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (where he built asset allocation strategies for MF schemes and tracked macro-economic factors) and as Business Head at Aditya Birla Money. He is a CFA, MBA, and Engineer by qualification and is a frequent commentator in Indian business media on equity markets, RBI policy, and macro trends.

Manoj Singrodia is a Co-Founder and Director of the Ladderup Group, serving on the boards of Ladderup Asset Managers Private Limited and Ladderup Corporate Advisory Private Limited. A tax and structuring expert, he leads the Taxation & Audit practice of the group through the Kreston SGCO Advisory LLP partnership — one of India's Top 15 audit and tax networks and part of the global Kreston International network.

Mangala Radhakrishna Prabhu is a Director on the board of Ladderup Asset Managers Private Limited (appointed September 2021). She is a retired senior banker with 38 years of experience at Union Bank of India, where she served in multiple roles spanning corporate credit, foreign exchange, HR, and branch banking, and led the Large Corporate Finance portfolio as General Manager in Mumbai. She has extensive experience across the full value chain of large-value credit proposals and brings strong banking relationships to the firm. She is also a Director at Aspira Pathlab & Diagnostics Ltd, Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd, Anand Housing Finance Pvt Ltd, and Staragri Finance.
