Surya Chadha
Managing Director
Surya oversees all investment activities at Madison India Capital Management. He has approximately 25 years of private equity investment experience across business services, financial services, consumer, healthcare, and technology. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Sandler Capital, HarbourVest Partners, and Morgan Stanley Investment Banking. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Hamilton College and BS from Columbia University.
Shailesh Mehta

Shailesh has over 43 years of experience as an entrepreneur, Fortune 500 CEO, and venture and private equity investor. He is the former Chairman and CEO of Providian Financial (Fortune 300). He has been GP at Invesco Private Capital, WestBridge Capital, and Granite Hill Capital. He founded the SJM School of Management at IIT Bombay and holds a PhD from Case Western Reserve and B.Tech. from IIT Bombay.
