Manifest Investments

Manifested Wealth Creation Fund is a SEBI-registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund managed by Manifested LLP, operating under the Manifest Investments brand. The fund is positioned as an actively managed investment platform focused on wealth creation through participation in Indian financial markets. As a Category III AIF, it is expected to deploy flexible strategies across listed equities and potentially derivatives, aiming to generate absolute returns across market cycles. The platform reflects a retail-oriented investment approach transitioning into a formal AIF structure, providing investors with access to market-linked strategies beyond traditional mutual funds. Based in New Delhi, the fund operates with a lean team and focuses on tactical allocation and market-driven decision-making. While relatively new and still evolving in terms of institutional depth, Manifested Wealth Creation Fund represents a growing segment of small, strategy-led AIFs entering India’s alternative investment ecosystem.
