The fund invests in businesses with a significant niche in a competitive market, a growing market with a scalable business model, experienced and visionary founders with exceptional execution capability, and impact investing to accelerate multifold growth. Each business is measured against the same criteria before capital is committed: annual turnover above Rs 40 Cr, EBITDA positive operations, a path to scale 4-5x within five years, and promoter commitment with a clear expansion strategy. Investments are made through equity and/or CCPS. Capital is deployed for capacity expansion, business growth, working capital, new product development, geographic expansion and value creation initiatives. Beyond capital, the fund acts as a sounding board, offers support services, brings a network of experts across industries, and assists with follow-on rounds of funding.
