He grew ABSL Debt AUM from less than INR 10,000 cr to 1.6 lakh cr, elevating ABSL from 8th largest to top-2 in India. He is a Board Advisor at IIM Udaipur, Centre for Financial Research. He is the author of Booms, Busts and Market Cycles. He is a member of the IC and Treasury Committee of multiple corporate and wealth houses.

Supriya Bharadwaj is the MD and Head of Legal & Compliance at Mosaic Asset Management. She has 20+ years of experience in legal, dispute resolution, structuring, negotiations, Special Situations, and Distressed Debt. As General Counsel at Reliance Capital, she led asset monetisation and the ₹6,000 crore stake sale in Reliance AMC. At Tata Steel, she led the ₹35,000 crore acquisition of Bhushan Steel — the first IBC case approved by NCLT. At India RF (a credit fund), she managed legal closure, documentation, and fund-raising. At Bajaj Finserv, she managed a ₹1,400 crore QIP. She holds a Bachelor of Law from Government Law College, Mumbai.
