Binitha Dalal is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mt K Kapital Private Limited and the SEBI-designated contact person. She has 15+ years of financial investment expertise and leadership experience. She joined the Rustomjee Group as one of its youngest senior leaders, heading finance management, equity raises, debt management, treasury, banking relations, and strategic partnerships. She is an Angel Investor, Convener for Banking & Finance at CREDAI National, and Joint Secretary at CREDAI MCHI. She holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from Jai Hind College, Mumbai, and is an alumna of IIM Bangalore (CREDAI IIM Bangalore Real Estate Program).

Shishir Jha is the Chief Finance & Compliance Officer at Mt K Kapital Private Limited with over 16 years of real estate industry experience spanning fundraising, corporate finance, taxation, regulatory compliance, and investments. He holds CA, CS, and LLB qualifications and oversees all finance, taxation, and compliance functions while supporting investment evaluation and due diligence.

Jay Shah is Principal – Investments at Mt K Kapital with nearly 20 years of experience, including 13 years in real estate. He identifies new projects meeting investment criteria and oversees project management. Previously spent 13 years at K Raheja Corp contributing to 15+ deals across land acquisitions and joint developments. Holds BE (Instrumentation), MMS (Finance) from Mumbai University, and is a CFA charterholder.

Mayur Parmar leads investor relations and capital raising at Mt K Kapital with over 6 years of experience in real estate, finance, stakeholder management, and strategic partnerships. He holds an MBA from IIM Rohtak.
