Saradhi brings about 18 years of experience in equity research and business analysis. He is an avid student of market and loves evaluating businesses, their growth drivers, fundamentals, moats and risks involved and valuing them accordingly. Previously, he was the member of original founding team at Vasisth Capital, a SEBI registered Alternate Investment Fund based out of Hyderabad. Till June 2010, he was Head of Enterprise Application and Integration Practice at Hyderabad, Cognizant Technology Solutions. He was responsible for the overall growth of the practice at the location including Revenue, P&L, Utilization, Customer and Employee satisfaction. He was also part of business development team at Consumer Goods practice - Cognizant North America with responsibilities of Business Development, Managing P&L, overall Delivery and Customer Relationship.

Rimpal Chawla brings in deep knowledge of global financial services industry to Ninebark as its Co-Founder and Director. He is a prolific Angel Investor and has led investments in several global start-ups and sits on the Advisory board of a few. Previously, till April 2014, he was the Managing Director of Credit Suisse' Private Banking & Wealth Management Division and the global offshore head for Asset Management & Alternative Investments. In his international banking career spanning ~ 20 years, he held senior positions with Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs & Citibank in New York, Hong Kong and India. During this time, he worked in the areas of Private Equity, Fund of Funds, Distressed Assets and Capital Markets. He is an Erickson International certified Executive Coach, a charter member of TiE and a mentor at Founder's Institute to startup founders. He also teaches a Company Valuation course at Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. He is a CFA Charterholder since 2004. He underwent his CA apprentice training with A.F. Fergusan & Co, New Delhi and is a Chartered Accountant since 1996. He is the Founder & CEO of Anitya Ventures, a boutique investment and business advisory firm. He is also Co-Founder of Vasisth Relative Value Fund, a SEBI registered Alternative Investment Fund (hedge fund).
