Sunil Sanghai is the Founder & CEO of NovaaOne Capital. A seasoned investment banker with over three decades of experience, Sunil previously served as Vice Chairman – Investment Banking and Head of Global Banking at HSBC India, and as Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs India. He also served as Executive Director at JM Morgan Stanley. He chairs FICCI's National Committee on Capital Markets, has served on SEBI's Primary Market Advisory Committee, and is actively involved in philanthropy supporting children's development.

Dhruv Bhatia is Managing Director and Head of M&A at NovaaOne Capital. He previously worked at JP Morgan. Dhruv holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and a B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.

Prateek Agarwal is Executive Director and Head of Capital Markets at NovaaOne Capital. He previously worked at HSBC and Yes Bank. Prateek is a Chartered Accountant, has cleared CFA Level II, and holds a B.Com (Hons) from St. Xavier's College.

Anchal Goyal is Vice President at NovaaOne Capital and is leading the set-up of the firm's Alternative Investment Fund platform. She previously worked at Shapoorji Pallonji Investment Advisors and TresVista Financial Services. She holds an MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a B.Com from Shri Ram College of Commerce. She is the SEBI-registered contact person for the Novaaone Altiverse Fund.

Parikshit Sarkar is Senior Vice President at NovaaOne Capital covering the Industrials sector. He previously worked at HSBC and Bank of America. Parikshit holds a PGDM (Finance) from IMT Ghaziabad and a BTech (Electrical Engineering) from West Bengal University of Technology.
