Atul Rajwadkar (aged 46) is a founder of NuOm Services LLP and serves as Compliance Officer for the fund. He is a prominent figure in distressed asset disposal and collaborates actively with financial institutions to facilitate the efficient disposal of stressed assets. With over 20 years of experience in stressed assets, banking, and finance, he is qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Insolvency Professional, and Certified Forensic Auditor. Prior to NuOm, Atul accumulated experience at Essar Group, Yes Bank, and HSBC. At NuOm, he is responsible for compliance and portfolio investments. He is also the SEBI-registered contact person for the fund.
Swapnil Chandak
Co-Founder
Swapnil Chandak (aged 45) is a co-founder of NuOm Services LLP and serves as financial advisor to HNIs, managing portfolios exceeding INR 400 crore. With over two decades of experience in investment advisory, finance, and insurance, he serves both domestic and overseas clients. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Swapnil has previously held roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, HSBC, and KEC. At NuOm, he is responsible for investor relations and portfolio investments.
Amit Bajaj

Amit Bajaj (aged 50) is a co-founder of NuOm Services LLP and holds dual qualifications as a Cost Accountant and Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience spanning direct taxes, indirect taxes, auditing (including management and system audit). He is particularly distinguished for his expertise in Direct Taxes and government policy advisory. At NuOm, he contributes his tax and regulatory expertise to the fund's structuring and governance.
Swarada Sagdeo
Chartered Accountant
Swarada, aged 31 stands out as a dynamic leader with a keen eye for detail and a reputation as a taskmaster. With over 6 years of expertise in stressed assets management, insolvency resolution, and finance, she has proven herself as a proficient professional. Swarada possesses a strong acumen for comprehending complex contracts, adding depth to her skill set. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Swarada plays a pivotal role at NuOm, actively engaging in the operational aspects of the firm. Her contributions extend to supporting Swapnil in fostering investor relations.
