Prior to joining Oaklane, he worked with leading institutions including Haitong Securities, Motilal Oswal, and Reliance Securities. He has been consistently top-rated in the Asiamoney Analyst Rankings.

Utsav is a CFA Charter holder and MBA Gold Medallist (Overall and in Finance) from FLAME University. He led his team to win the CFA Research Challenge 2019 (West Zone). He holds a BBA (Economics & Finance) from Ahmedabad University and interned at the Reserve Bank of India.

Shreya Banthia is a CFA Charter holder and Chartered Accountant. She transitioned from accountancy to equities after discovering her passion for global markets. Before joining Oaklane, she worked at Multi-Act Trade & Investments. Since 2022, she has actively volunteered for the CFA Society.

Sakshar has 2.5 years of experience in Indian equity market tracking the Auto, Cement and Metal sector. He has done MBA- Finance and B. Com. Before joining Oaklane Capital, he had worked with Ace Lansdowne and Equirus Securities.

Rushabh is a quantitative economist with degrees from Harvard Kennedy School and Tufts University. Over the last six years, his professional experience spans research, consulting and startup operations, with a focus on energy transition value chains.

Anoushka, a CFA charter holder, she has three years of experience in Indian capital markets, with a focus on bottom-up research and identifying opportunities in the small- and mid-cap space. She holds a BBA in Finance from NMIMS and leverages AI to complement her fundamental research approach.

Shantanu is a CFA charter holder and a computer science engineer by qualification, he holds three years of experience in Indian equities, where he follows a range of sectors and themes and screens for new investment ideas. He has a keen interest in AI and it's applicability in investing.

Akshit is an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer from VIT, Pune, and a CFA Level 2 Candidate. Before joining the firm, he interned at Purnartha Investment Advisers in Equity Research.

Fluent in French, he previously worked with PPFAS Mutual Fund and Excel Funds (Canada). Swapnil is an ICSI associate member and holds a Project Management certification from Stanford University.

Vrushali Girawale is a Chartered Accountant with 4 years of diverse experience in Internal Audit, Taxation, Compliance and Accounting. Prior to joining Oaklane, she was associated with B K Khare. She is an associate member of ICAI.

Mahika holds a Master's in Law from Symbiosis International University, Pune, specializing in securities and corporate law. With experience at SEBI and top law firms, she has strong expertise in regulatory compliance, capital markets, and corporate governance, along with a deep understanding of India's legal and financial regulatory landscape.

Chetan is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in asset management, spanning risk assessment, internal audit and operations. Before joining Oaklane, he led audit and consulting engagements at S Panse & Co. LLP across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs and Insurance firms. His interests include investment analytics. He has deep insight into developing tools which integrates equity and fund analysis with risk insights.

Ankit is an experienced capital markets professional with over 13 years of experience in the field of fund operations, administration and accounting process. Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with SageOne Investment Advisors and PPFAS Mutual Fund. Ankit holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Babita Kumari is a manager in operations and fund accounting with two years of experience in the field. She holds a postgraduate diploma in banking services from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Bangalore. Previously, she worked as an assistant manager in fund services at Axis Bank, focusing on fund accounting.

He has previously worked at Equirus Securities, BankBazaar.com and Anand Rathi, honing his skills in managing complex facilities and leading administrative teams.

She also contributed to the merger of 16+ group companies for a real estate client, gaining exposure to large-scale corporate restructuring and transaction execution.

Ayush Garg holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science from D.Y Patil University. He develops practical AI-driven solutions, explores emerging AI technologies and local AI systems, and supports the firm's technology and operational initiatives through intelligent automation.
