India’s first and only venture capital fund that co-builds companies
Ortella Global Capital Fund is a SEBI-registered Category I Alternative Investment Fund focused on early-stage venture investments in India. The fund differentiates itself through a co-building model, where it actively partners with founders beyond capital deployment to drive execution, growth, and long-term value creation. With a strong emphasis on product-market fit, timing, and scalable business models, Ortella targets startups with breakout potential across enterprise and consumer sectors. The fund combines capital, strategic guidance, and operational support to help founders build sustainable, high-growth businesses. Its approach reflects a hands-on investment philosophy, positioning itself as a long-term partner in building billion-dollar revenue companies rather than a passive financial investor.
