A learned professional working in areas of quantamental modeling, multi factor research, portfolio risk management & business development. He earlier handled research at Vallum Capital. He has completed his MSc in Finance (Gold Medalist) and BSc in Finance from NMIMS University.

Mr. Naysar Shah brings over 25+ years of extensive experience in Equity Research and Fund Management. During his career, he has closely tracked a large number of companies across diverse sectors and market capitalizations. He previously managed funds at Birla Sun Life for four years, overseeing an AUM of approximately ₹2,500 crore.

Experience of over 30 years across banking and financial services, including Citibank, ANZ Grindlays, HSBC and Centrum. At HSBC, he led retail financial services in India and later served as Regional Head of Distribution for MENA. At Centrum, he was part of the leadership that built the retail financial-services platform.

A corporate advisory and capital markets professional with 10+ years of experience, including ~7 years in guiding entrepreneurs through fundraising and growth journeys. He specializes in corporate advisory, valuation, and fundraising through SME & Main Board IPOs, with extensive experience across Cyber Security, FMCG, Defence, and Industrial sectors.
