Rehan Yar Khan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Orios Venture Partners, one of India's leading homegrown venture capital firms. A former entrepreneur turned venture capitalist, Rehan was among the founding members of the Indian Angel Network and was an early investor in several category-defining startups, including Ola and Druva. At Orios, he leads the firm's investment strategy, capital formation, and operating functions. Over four fund vintages, he has played a pivotal role in building Orios into one of India's most respected early-stage venture capital platforms. Rehan is also the co-author of Make Your Own Luck, which shares practical lessons on entrepreneurship, leadership, and building enduring businesses.

Madhav Tandan is Senior Partner at Orios Venture Partners, where he leads the firm's investment strategy across technology sectors including enterprise software, AI, fintech, deep tech, consumer technology, climate and industrial innovation. He partners with ambitious founders building category-defining businesses, helping them navigate every stage of growth from early product-market fit to scaling and institutional fundraising. With over 15 years of experience spanning venture capital, technology investing and investment banking, Madhav brings a distinctive perspective on identifying transformative businesses. Before joining Orios, he spent eight years at Omidyar Network India, where he led investments across sectors including fintech, SaaS, marketplaces, mobility and enterprise technology. He subsequently founded Escape Velocity, an early-stage investment platform focused on cross-border technology opportunities, and earlier in his career advised technology companies at Credit Suisse and Citi. At Orios, Madhav works closely with entrepreneurs building enduring technology companies, combining deep investment experience with a collaborative, founder-first approach to help businesses scale into market leaders.

Sukhmani Bedi is a Partner at Orios Venture Partners, where she leads investments across consumer, healthcare, climate, sustainability, and technology-enabled brands. With over a decade of experience spanning entrepreneurship and venture capital, she partners closely with founders to build and scale category-defining businesses and serves on the boards of several portfolio companies. Prior to joining Orios, Sukhmani co-founded BetterButter, India's leading community-driven recipe platform, which was successfully acquired in 2019. She also founded Lylo, a fashion discovery and recommendation platform, giving her first-hand experience of building and scaling startups. Her entrepreneurial journey brings a founder's perspective to investing, enabling her to support entrepreneurs through every stage of growth.
