Group Founder, Mr. Mahavir Lunawat, is an FCS (Gold Medallist), CFA (ICFAI), CFA Level II (AIMS US), and PGDSL qualified professional with over 25 years of experience in capital markets and M&A. He has previously worked with premier organizations including ITC Ltd., RIL, and PwC. He has managed over 100 IPOs and led several high-profile M&A and private equity transactions. His expertise includes pre-IPO restructuring, capital reduction models, promoter holding restructuring, ESOP advisory, and institutionalizing corporate governance and knowledge management. He currently serves as Chairman of the Association of Investment Bankers of India (AIBI) and is a member of various expert committees formed by SEBI, stock exchanges and trade bodies.

Co-Founder of Pantomath Group, Madhu Lunawat has played a key role in building a diversified financial services platform spanning Investment Banking, M&A, Asset & Wealth Management, Institutional Equity, and Distribution. She has held leadership roles at Infosys, ASREC, and Edelweiss, where she served as CFO of Edelweiss ARC. Her leadership has driven SME growth, landmark institutional transactions and record-breaking fundraises, setting new benchmarks in wealth and asset management.

Mr. Krishan Kumar Jalan, IAS (Retd.), has over 35 years of distinguished administrative experience. He retired as Principal Secretary, Government of India, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. He has also served as Central Provident Fund Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Haryana, overseeing departments such as Public Works, Town & Country Planning, Urban Development and Irrigation. He previously held senior roles in the Ministry of Textiles and was instrumental in establishing Apparel Mart at Gurgaon. He has served as Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate across multiple districts including Bhiwani, Faridabad, Karnal, Sonepat and Rewari.
