Persistence Long Term Value LLP (LLPIN: ACE-9597) is a Delhi-based investment management firm incorporated on 17 January 2024, with four designated partners: Siddhant Rajiv Bhandari, Ishmohit Arora, Siddhant Nautiyal, and Sarthak Garg. The firm manages Persistence Capital Fund I, a scheme of the Persistence Capital Trust (SEBI AIF Category III, reg. IN/AIF3/24-25/1501), registered in April 2024. The fund is an actively managed, concentrated listed equity portfolio focused on Indian equities, targeting a mid and small cap universe (typically INR 500 crore to INR 50,000 crore in market cap). Since its launch in September 2024, the fund has generated approximately 15% returns through December 2025, outperforming the NSE 500 benchmark by approximately 13 percentage points. The fund operates from the Caddie Commercial Tower, Aerocity, New Delhi. Investment philosophy

Persistence Capital invests at inflection points — buying uncertainty at a discount and selling clarity at a premium. The fund seeks to generate compelling returns by building a portfolio of quality, mispriced listed businesses where circumstances that led to historical underperformance have changed but are not yet reflected in the numbers, thereby avoiding value traps. The investment universe is typically characterised by high insider ownership, limited sell-side coverage, and financials that screen poorly on conventional metrics. Each position must satisfy a strict internal IRR threshold: earnings capable of growing over 25% annually for three years, incremental RoIC above 20%, and a significant discount to intrinsic value. The fund runs 15–35 long positions, with the top 10 positions representing more than 50% of NAV. The fund does not invest in turnarounds or in businesses locked in competitive dogfights with VC or conglomerate-backed rivals. Skin in the game is a core principle — over 50% of the founders' net worth is invested in the fund.

Born and raised in India, Siddhant graduated from Stanford University in 2013 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
