Pivot Ventures Trust is a Category I AIF registered with SEBI in March 2022, managed by Pivot Ventures LLP — a multi-family office investment platform based in Mumbai. Pivot Ventures is the coming together of third-generation large diversified business families and the office of a senior professional leader in India's largest digital and retail businesses. The platform was founded by Aditya Kedia, Managing Director of Kedia Global, a large third-generation diversified business group with holdings in healthcare, jewellery, financial services, and real estate, alongside Vikas Choudhury, a senior digital and media business leader who previously served as President at Reliance Jio. Pivot Ventures has built a portfolio of over 100 direct investments across India, Asia, and the USA — including 10+ unicorns, IPOs, and successful exits (InMobi, Myntra, Fractal Analytics, PolicyBazaar, Nazara Technologies, among others). The fund invests across stages and sectors, with a particular focus on high-growth technology and consumer platforms.
