He joined PL in 2007 and since 2009 has been leading PL Financial Services Pvt. Ltd, the NBFC arm of the PL Group.

Rupesh Agrawal is the Chief Financial Officer of the PL Group. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and is a seasoned finance professional with 20+ years of experience. Since 2010, he has been at the helm of the Finance, Taxation and Company Secretarial functions for the entire PL Group.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Shaili joined PL in August 2021, and has since been entrusted with the strategic responsibility of transforming brand perception and positioning. She has ramped up PL's digital and media presence and has spearheaded the Group's rebranding project. Prior to joining PL, Shaili was an Investment Banker.

Uday Patil is a veteran investment banker with 41+ years of experience in commercial banking, investment banking, and capital markets. He serves on the board of PL's investment banking arm. His proficiency in structuring and knowledge of statutory regulations have led to over 200+ successful IPOs, rights offers, buybacks and numerous M&A deals.

Inderbir Jolly brings over 22 years of rich experience in Private Banking, Family Office, Partnership Distribution and Product Management across India and strategic international markets. His career includes leadership roles at ICICI Securities, Reliance Wealth Management, Aditya Birla Capital, HSBC India, and more.

Amisha Vora owns and runs PL Group. She is one of the leading women entrepreneurs in India's financial services sector. She is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and an equity market expert by profession, with experience spanning over 35 years. Her association with PL began in 2000 as the VP - FII Sales. Since then, she has risen the ranks to become the Chairperson and Managing Director, and now holds 96% stake in the PL Group.

Zarin Daruwala is a seasoned banking leader with over 35 years of experience across corporate and retail banking, governance, and strategic leadership. She previously served as CEO - India and South Asia at Standard Chartered. She has also served on the boards of ICICI Lombard and ICICI Securities and currently serves as a board member at PhonePe. An All-India Rank Holder in both the ICAI and ICSI examinations, she has been recognized among India's Most Powerful Women in Business by Fortune India and Business Today.

Dhiren Sheth has been associated with the PL Group for over 4 decades. He now serves in a non-executive capacity on the boards of the PL Group. He brings a unique blend of business and technological expertise. Dhiren was the founding member of the Technology committee of the BSE. He has also played a pivotal role in the design and implementation of BOLT trading and CDSL depository system. He holds a BE (Hons) Electronics degree from BITS Pilani.

Rajeev Dalal is the Chairman of the board of the investment banking arm of PL and also serves as a non-executive director on the boards of PL's NBFC and corporate advisory arms. He has extensive work experience spanning 35+ years, and is a formidable name in the investment banking and corporate finance domain. He joined Ernst & Young in 2002 as a Transactions Partner and went on to hold a leadership position in EY in the two decades that he spent there.

Vimal Jain serves on the board of the NBFC arm of PL in a non-executive capacity. He has over 40 years of experience in the areas of auditing, financial consulting, debt fund raising, company law and income tax matters. He has been the statutory auditor for reputed public sector units and public sector banks.

Nilesh Vikamsey is President of the West India Council of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and an Independent Director at PNB Housing Finance Limited, Nippon Life India Trustee Limited (Chairman), Federal Bank, SBI Cards, and Allcargo Logistics Limited. He brings extensive experience in statutory audits, due diligence, and regulatory work with SEBI, RBI, NSE, and BSE. He serves on the Investment Committee of the PL Capital Performing Credit Fund (Category II AIF).

Rajnish Kumar is the former Chairman of State Bank of India (SBI), one of India's largest banks. He brings deep banking, credit markets, and regulatory expertise to the Investment Committee of the PL Capital Performing Credit Fund (Category II AIF). He is currently an independent director and advisor to several financial and corporate institutions.

Abizer Diwanji is a prominent financial services expert and former partner at Ernst & Young India (EY), where he led the Financial Services practice. He brings extensive experience in banking, credit, restructuring, and regulatory matters. He serves on the Investment Committee of the PL Capital Performing Credit Fund (Category II AIF).

Mr. Ashok Barat is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a Member of the Managing Committee at ASSOCHAM and serves on SEBI's ACLOD committee. He is a former President of Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry and The Council of EU Chambers of Commerce in India.

Mr. Rajesh Narain Gupta is the Founder and Chairman of SNG & Partners, specializing in financial services, commercial law, real estate, and private wealth. He has been enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India since 1988, bringing over 35 years of legal experience to corporate and transactional matters.
