Cat II · Managed by Pramaano
Private equity, private credit and real-estate funds that don't employ leverage except for operating needs. The largest AIF category.
Terravida Fund is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund managed by Pramaano Advisors Private Limited, an India-focused investment and advisory platform. The fund appears to be a newly registered vehicle (2026 vintage) positioned to invest in private market opportunities, potentially across sectors such as sustainability, consumer, and emerging businesses. Pramaano operates as a boutique advisory and investment firm, leveraging network-driven deal sourcing and structured transactions to create value. Given the limited public disclosures and early-stage nature of the fund, it is likely to operate with a focused investor base and selective investment strategy rather than broad institutional fundraising. The fund reflects the continued expansion of India’s AIF ecosystem into niche and specialized investment platforms.
