Prior to co-founding QiCAP, he spent more than two decades with the Anand Rathi Group, where he helped build and scale its private wealth management, investment banking, brokerage and distribution businesses. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
Puneet Sardana

Puneet leads QiCAP's quantitative trading and research efforts, spanning systematic strategy development, high-frequency trading and low-latency infrastructure. Before co-founding QiCAP, he was Head of Trading at Acceletrade Technologies, where he worked across algorithmic research and trading. He holds a BE in Computer Science from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
Rajesh Jain

Rajesh brings deep experience in quantitative strategies, algorithmic trading and electronic markets. Before co-founding QiCAP, he spent more than a decade at Acceletrade, where he led strategy and worked on technology-driven trading across markets. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Shashank Shekhar Singh

Shashank brings close to two decades of experience across trading operations, risk management and financial infrastructure. Prior to QiCAP, he spent nearly nine years as COO of Acceletrade Technologies, overseeing global brokerage and exchange relationships, risk, operations and trading infrastructure. He has completed a postgraduate management programme at UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Arun Kumar Palakurthi

Arun leads QiCAP's technology function and has been instrumental in building the firm's ultra-low latency high-frequency trading platform. He brings close to two decades in systems engineering, previously as Principal Engineer at SigmaQuant, with five years at Acceletrade and earlier work in Texas Instruments' DLP products division. He holds a BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, and has completed the CTO executive programme at ISB.

Hemant brings more than 28 years in financial markets, generating alpha for US hedge funds and pioneering high-frequency trading in India in 2012. His career spans senior roles across Citi, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. He holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern and an MS in Computer Science from NJIT.
Parthasarathi Pahari

Partha leads QiCAP's quantitative investing effort and brings over ten years in quantitative trading. He was previously lead portfolio manager for Goldman Sachs' Emerging Markets Core Equity strategy, running nine mandates across roughly $12 billion in assets. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a PGDM in Finance, Economics and Quantitative Methods from IIM Bangalore.
