O M Jaya Priya
Founder | Principal Officer
Ph.D., MBA, NISM certifications, CFA Level 1 candidate
Jaya Priya brings over two decades in financial markets, having worked across insurance, mutual funds, equity dealing, research, and advisory. At ICICI Prudential Life, she was ranked the No. 1 Sales Manager in Tamil Nadu and across India more than once. She then founded Redberyl Products Nurture, where she advised retail, HNI, and NRI clients as an Equity Advisor and Dealer, and now leads Redberyl Investment Managers' SEBI-registered PMS. She holds a Ph.D. on how HNIs invest, an MBA, NISM certifications, and is a CFA Level 1 candidate. When she's not at work, she's in the kitchen cooking up amazing food. If she weren't managing portfolios, she'd be a chef with a waiting list. She reads books cover to cover, no skipping, and helping people comes naturally to her.
Raunak Noah S
Compliance Officer
MBA in Finance, BBA, Diploma in Labour Law, NISM Series-III-A
Raunak keeps Redberyl on the right side of the rulebook, handling SEBI PMS compliance, documentation, and regulatory monitoring. He started as a Junior Analyst in research and client servicing, and holds an MBA in Finance from London, a BBA, and a Diploma in Labour Law. He has completed the NISM Series-III-A: Securities Intermediaries Compliance certification examination. He treats workouts like regulations: never skipped, never bent, fully documented. Rumour has it his rest days need prior approval from himself, in writing, with two supporting documents. He runs, reads, and is probably the only person alive who reads the terms and conditions for fun. Once the office closes, he clocks in at the gym, where the only thing he lets slide is the plates onto the bar.
Rakshith R
Analyst
CFA Levels 1 and 2 cleared, CFA Level 3 in progress
Rakshith cleared CFA Levels 1 and 2 and is now tackling Level 3. At Redberyl, he researches listed companies, builds financial models, and runs valuations. Before that, at Wheaton Advisors, he covered the IT, cement, and engineering sectors, valued private businesses, and supported M&A due diligence. He runs on a minimum of five mugs of coffee a day. Anything less is a market correction. Books and long runs fill the gaps: 5 mugs in, 5K out, with a financial model somewhere in between. Once work wraps up, he's off to the gym, where the barbell is the only thing that gets more attention than his coffee mug.

Deepa S
Operations & Accounts
Deepa brings around 15 years of experience in operations and accounting, with stints at companies like Capgemini and Jyothi Groups (Logistics). She keeps the numbers balanced and the processes running smoothly, so everyone else can focus on the markets. She makes the best chai in the office, and that's not up for debate. A true movie connoisseur, she can review a film faster than you can finish the popcorn. Her books always close on time, and so do the end credits.
