Secura India Realty AIF is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund managed by Secura Investment Management (India) Private Limited, based in Kozhikode, Kerala. Secura is a pioneering investment management firm that holds the distinction of being the first SEBI-registered Shariah-compliant real estate venture capital fund in Kerala and among the first such funds in India. Promoted by the Hi-LITE Group, Secura was established to provide superior, ethics-aligned investment returns by deploying capital into real estate and allied sectors across India. The Secura India Realty AIF is the firm's third investment vehicle, following two successful schemes under its earlier Venture Capital Fund, the first of which returned approximately 18% per annum to investors. The fund targets privately identified real estate development projects with a minimum investment of ₹1 crore, raising a target corpus of ₹200 crore with a greenshoe option. IL&FS Trust Company Limited (ITCL) serves as trustee and Taqwaa Advisory and Shariah Investment Solutions Pvt Ltd (TASIS) as Shariah Auditor. The fund draws on Secura's deep expertise in real estate finance, corporate legal consulting, project management, and leasing across North Kerala.
