Sera Capital AIF is a SEBI-registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund managed by Sera Capital Services Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sera Investments & Finance India Limited (BSE: 512399, CIN: L51900GJ1985PLC110976) — an Ahmedabad-based publicly listed NBFC. Sera Investments & Finance India Limited, formerly known as Kapashi Commercial Ltd., was incorporated in 1985 and rebranded in May 2022. The listed parent offers personal loans, MSME loans, and loans against securities through a fully digital platform.
