Sidvandan Venture Fund (SEBI Reg. IN/AIF2/24-25/1593) is a Category II AIF registered in September 2024, based at Unit No. 9, Third Floor, Pearls Omaxe Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, New Delhi 110034. The fund is managed with the backing of the 'Sidhvandan' group and focuses on distressed and stressed assets — a highly specialised strategy distinct from typical growth equity AIFs. The fund targets non-performing assets (NPAs), special situation opportunities, and distressed debt transactions. Fund structure: 8-year lifecycle (extendable by 2 years), investment period of 3–4 years.
