The firm turned that experience into one platform for founders, investors, syndicates and venture partners. The firm was founded in 2022 by Vijay Singh Rathore and Pravesh Goel. Its angel fund, Soonicorn Angel Trust-I, is a SEBI-registered Category I Alternative Investment Fund (Angel Fund).
