Sprout Venture Partners Fund II is registered with SEBI as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund with effect from April 1, 2022, with the Registration Number IN/AIF2/22-23/1032. Sprout Investment Advisors LLP is the Investment Manager, and Vistra ITCL (India) Limited is the Trustee to the Fund.
