Srinidhi Category II Alternative Investment Fund (SEBI Reg. IN/AIF2/13-14/0078) is a Category II AIF registered in October 2013 and managed by Srinidhi Investment Advisors Private Limited (CIN: U67190TN2010PTC076346, incorporated June 28, 2010, ROC Chennai). The fund launched its current active scheme in 2019 with a focus on MSME investments — partnering with mid-market Indian business enterprises, providing both growth capital and ongoing management advisory support for business transformation. The investment horizon is 5–7 years with targets of sustainable fixed returns and equity upside. The fund serves both domestic Indian investors and India-focused offshore funds from the US, Canada, and Mauritius. Srinidhi's co-founders bring deep pedigree: N. Rangachary (first Chairman of IRDAI, retired Chairman of CBDT), the late S. V. Mony (former Chairman of GIC of India), and Venkat Ramaswamy (ex-Fortress Investment Group NY, ex-HSBC Securities USA, ex-Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein). Investment philosophy

Srinidhi's investment philosophy is built on three pillars — Prosperity, Sustained Growth, and Trusteeship. He is a principal member of the Investment Committee of Srinidhi. He has over 18 years of experience in originating, structuring and investing in credit and structured transactions. He has worked with the following corporations prior to co-founding Srinidhi: Fortress Investment Group, NY, Managing Director, responsible for investing in $500 Million worth structured and private transactions in emerging markets. HSBC Securities USA in the ABS structuring team handling in excess of $2 Billion worth of transactions. Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, NY, in the Credit Portfolio Management team responsible for $600 Million worth of loan sales and $1 Billion of structured transactions.
