SRS Alternative Investment Fund (SEBI Reg. IN/AIF2/15-16/0145) is a Category II AIF registered in April 2015, managed by SRS Investment Advisors (India) LLP — one of India's leading investment firms specialising in real estate and private equity. SRS has been investing in India since 2006, previously operating through its joint venture company Infinite India Investment Management. The manager advises offshore capital of over US$300 million and has completed ten investments at project and/or entity levels. Primary investment markets include Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and select Tier II/III cities. Target investment size per deal is US$15M–$25M.
