Sunil Nyati is the founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Swastika Investmart Limited since 1992, and the designated SEBI contact person for Bharat Growth Trust. He belongs to the Swastika group of Rajasthan, a diversified business conglomerate operating since 1959. Under his leadership, Swastika has grown from a leasing and hire-purchase company into a full-service capital markets firm with 100+ offices across India.
