As a co-founder of KOIS, he serves mainly as the Managing Partner for HealthKois, and the CIO for Healthquad, Indian healthtech innovation fund. Charles-Antoine is also Vice-Chair of UCB's Board, where he previously held several managing positions globally. He holds an executive education degree from Harvard Business School.

At KOIS, François is mainly focused on Impact Expansion, KOIS European growth equity impact fund. He is co-founder and serves on the board of several not-for-profits, in the thematics of disability and climate change. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
