Atul Gupta has a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in technology, business operations, and private equity investing. Over the last 17 years, he has spearheaded investments in consumer tech, fintech, enterprise tech, and healthcare for Premji Invest and Trident Growth Partners. He has served on numerous boards of his portfolio companies, including Amagi Media, Lenskart, Policybazaar, Purplle, KreditBee, FirstCry, and Pixis.ai, where he was instrumental in partnering with founders to drive profitable growth through both digital and offline strategies. He has played a key role in taking several of his portfolio companies public in India. Prior to Premji Invest, Atul was an investment banker at Deutsche Bank, focusing on the tech sector, where he was instrumental in closing M&A, LBO, and equity financing transactions in the enterprise technology and semiconductor space. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, holding roles in technology, product development, and customer management at Applied Materials and Lam Research.

Pravan Malhotra is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Trident Growth Partners with over 23 years of global investment experience across tech, healthcare, consumer, and cleantech. Prior to TGP, he launched Malacca Global Investments with 35+ leading founders across India and Southeast Asia. Earlier, he spent 12 years at IFC building its early growth equity business (now Disruptive Technology & Funds Dept) in India and then Southeast Asia, investing in companies like Lenskart, BigBasket, Moglix, NephroPlus, and Azure Power. He also served on advisory committees of several India-focused funds, as an investor with ORIX Growth Capital and as a banker with BMO Nesbitt Burns and Tokai Bank.

Rajesh Ramaiah is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Trident Growth Partners. Before starting Trident with Atul and Pravan, he had a distinguished career at Premji Invest, where he led the industrials sector strategy and supported companies across strategy, governance, finance, and successful exits including IPOs and M&A. As CFO & Operating Partner at Premji Invest, Rajesh led due diligence and structuring across sectors for over 13 years. He also served as CFO of Reva Electric, orchestrating a successful exit to Mahindra & Mahindra. Prior to that, Rajesh spent 12+ years at Wipro, culminating as Corporate Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations. With a deep analytical mindset and understanding of key business drivers, Rajesh partners with companies to build scalable, sustainable businesses.

Anuj is a Director at Trident Growth Partners. He is passionate about partnering with companies that are at the inflection point for multi-year growth, with expertise spanning across growth and buyout deals. Anuj brings deep investing experience, having previously worked with leading private equity firms such as Premji Invest, Creador, and Affirma Capital. His notable contributions include investments and successful exits across multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, healthcare, and Consumer. Select investments include SB-Constantia, Mr. DIY (India), Shriji Polymers, and Paras Healthcare. Successful exits include TBO Tek and Craftsman Automation. Anuj began his career in investment banking with KPMG and IDFC Securities, where he facilitated high-growth, mid-market transactions across sectors, raising over USD 300 million in capital.

Ipsita joined TGP from a Mumbai-based, mid-market PE-fund called Baring Private Equity India. She has extensive investment experience across sectors like Financial Services/ Fintech, Enterprise Tech, Deep-Tech, and Consumer. Prior to Baring India, she worked for bulge-bracket investment banks including Goldman Sachs and Bank of America. Prior to MBA, Ipsita worked on the design & development of super-computing systems.

Anuraag Jain is an Associate at Trident Growth Partners with over 8 years of experience across Private Credit (LBO) and Private Equity. He hails from Kota, Rajasthan. Before joining Trident, he was with Premji Invest PE (Industrials) wherein he evaluated investment opportunities across sectors such as Pharma (APIs), Chemicals, EMS, Building Materials, and Circular Economy, while also actively monitoring portfolio companies such as Best Value Chem (Buyout) and Sagar Cements (Minority). He began his career with Deutsche Bank's Leveraged Buyouts team in Mumbai.

Grown up in Delhi, Chirag studied Commerce at Hindu College. He joined Trident Growth Partners from Avendus, a Mumbai-based investment bank. He brings strong deal-making experience across sectors such as Software and Enterprise Technology, Consumer, and Agriculture, and has closely worked on transactions including MoEngage, LambdaTest, and Kapiva. He also has rich experience in financial analysis and deep sectoral understanding.

Shree Hari is an Associate at Trident Growth Partners with four years of experience in private markets. Prior to this, he was a Vice President at CreedCap Advisors with experience across healthcare, industrials, enterprise technology, and consumer. He is passionate about companies tapping into whitespace through sustainable growth strategies.

Devharsh Toshniwal is an Investment Analyst at Trident Growth Partners with 3+ years of experience in investment banking. Brought up in Bangalore, he was part of the Equity Investment Banking team at Unitus Capital, where he advised growth-stage companies on private capital raises and strategic transactions. During his time there, he worked extensively with businesses across the financial services and healthcare. Prior to Unitus Capital, Devharsh was part of the investment team at Klub, a Sequoia-backed revenue-based financing platform, where he evaluated investment opportunities and supported transactions through the investment process. He began his career with PwC, where he spent three years in Audit and Assurance.

Mathangi Anand is the Operations Manager at Trident Growth Partners. She is an accomplished Administrative Professional with over two decades of diverse experience across global organizations such as The World Bank, Hewlett-Packard, and the Azim Premji Foundation. Her career reflects a unique blend of strategic & finance coordination, executive support, operations management, event planning, cross-functional collaboration.

Tejaswini Manyam is a Finance Manager at Trident Growth Partners with 11+ years of experience in financial controllership, accounting, FP&A, audit, taxation, and regulatory compliance. Before joining Trident, She was with Impelsys Group and Ranga Rao & Associates wherein her role was Finance controller, managing the end to end accounting and looking after the overall financial reporting process and compliances.

Geethika Sharma is a Finance Executive at Trident Growth Partners and has been part of the team since its inception. She handles regulatory compliance, SEBI reporting, investor support, and stakeholder communication. Prior to joining Trident Growth Partners, she worked as a Finance Intern at Finaks Advisory Services, where she managed financial transactions.

Udaykiran Tellapaneni is an IT Head at Trident Growth Partners with 18+ years of experience across IT operations, infrastructure, and digital transformation. Previously, he was Head – IT at Vector Finance Pvt. Ltd., leading infrastructure across 170+ branches and driving CRM, cloud, and integration initiatives.
