The Company is professionally managed by a team of Chartered Accountants and has on its board Mr. Vijay Gupta, Mr. V.G. Gupta and Mrs. Aparna Gupta, all having over 20 years of experience in share dealing as investors. The Company is managed by Mr. Vijay Gupta who oversees general administration, legal compliances and financial matters. Mr. V.G. Gupta looks after the financial aspects of the Company, while Mrs. Aparna Gupta oversees training and staff education. The Company has a net worth of more than Rs. 3 crore and acquired membership of the National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange in September 2007.
