Ranveer Sharma founded Vaillant Capital in 2015 as a specialist India advisor for global institutional investors and family offices. He has extensive investment experience across growth capital, distressed assets, infrastructure, real estate, consumer, and technology sectors, having operated in multiple CXO/interim roles in portfolio companies. Previously, he was MD and India Head for Eredene Capital PLC (AIM-listed India infrastructure and real estate fund) and worked at Citicorp Information Technologies (Citigroup Venture Capital portfolio company, later acquired by Oracle). He holds an MBA from London Business School.

Alok Prusty has over 15 years of experience in private investments and M&A advisory with hands-on experience in stressed asset resolution and turnarounds. Previously, he was Fund Manager and Portfolio Head for Asia Pacific at CLSA Partners Singapore, and prior to that with Eredene Capital PLC covering Indian real estate and infrastructure. He is Founder & CEO of Epsilon Advisor, an India IB advisory firm. He is a London Business School Sloan Fellow '22, holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, and a BS in Engineering from NIT Rourkela.

Dilip Upadhyaya is a seasoned finance and operations executive with over 30 years of experience across manufacturing, agriculture, and real estate. Previously CFO at Matheran Realty (Eredene Capital PLC's affordable housing platform) and spent 20 years in senior roles at Mahyco Ltd, India's pioneer hybrid seed company. Prior to that with The Agrawal Group.

Alastair King is a global investment professional with a track record in private equity and venture capital across infrastructure, real estate, minerals and mining, media and technology. He is Founder and Chairman of Naisbitt King Group, an independent bespoke asset manager and family office in the City of London. He also co-founded Eredene Capital PLC. Previously qualified as a solicitor at Baker & McKenzie and worked in VC with NewMedia Spark. Holds an MSc in Finance from London Business School.
