The objective and purpose of the Fund is to carry on the activity of a Category II Alternative Investment Fund and for this purpose to arrange, make, manage Portfolio Entities with the view to provide returns and long-term capital appreciation to the Contributors, in accordance with Applicable Laws and the Trust Documents.
