Varanium Dynamic Trust is a Category III AIF registered in May 2019 and managed by Varanium Capital Advisors Private Limited, a SEBI-licensed Portfolio Manager and asset management firm that serves HNIs and institutional clients across traditional and alternative asset classes. Varanium Capital Advisors is the sole and exclusive Investment Advisor to Varanium Asset Management, Mauritius (a SEBI-registered FII), providing USD-denominated investment opportunities in debt, equity, and structured notes to offshore investors. The Varanium Debt Opportunities Trust has launched multiple schemes: the Varanium Hospitality Fund (focused on the hospitality sector), Varanium Venture Debt Fund (sector-agnostic venture debt fund tilt towards D2C, SaaS, and Cleantech, generating returns through regular payouts from startups with equity upside via warrants), and Varanium Growth Opportunities Fund (long-term capital appreciation via diversified debt instruments with partial equity/equity-related securities exposure). The fund is managed by Nawal Bachhuka (Principal, Venture Debt Fund, 21+ years in NBFC and credit/underwriting). Investment philosophy

Varanium follows a credit-focused, multi-strategy investment philosophy emphasising strong credit underwriting, structured downside protection, and consistent income generation. The firm combines expertise in credit assessment and risk management with a flexible mandate across performing credit, venture debt, and hospitality/real assets. For venture debt, Varanium structures its investments with regular payout mechanisms and warrant kickers, balancing yield with equity upside.
