Founded in 2023 (incorporated June 2024) by three former HSBC banking professionals — Anurag Tripathi, Ashish Gala, and Kunal Wadhwa — VentureSoul is a specialist venture debt firm providing structured credit solutions to new-economy companies at Series A and beyond.
