About

VSS Investments Fund is a Category II Alternative Investment Fund managed by VSS Investco Private Limited, an entity owned and controlled by Vijay Shekhar Sharma — founder and CEO of Paytm (One97 Communications). Registered with SEBI in January 2023, the fund was launched with a total corpus of ₹20 crore (with a green shoe option of ₹10 crore) and is dedicated to investing in Indian startups focused on Artificial Intelligence and Electric Vehicles. The fund's SEBI contact is managed through Fedsec Group (Federal Securities), a Mumbai-headquartered merchant banking, trusteeship, and advisory firm established in 1996, which serves as trustee and handles compliance. The fund's registered address in Nehru Place, New Delhi corresponds to Fedsec's Delhi office.
