An Engineering Graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and over 26 years of experience in Capital Markets and Corporate Finance. Previously Wholetime & Designated Director at MEMG Securities Ltd. and began his career in 1995 at ICDS Ltd., a Category 1 Merchant Banker. He oversees broking, fixed income and third-party products operations.

Holds a Master’s degree in Physics and MBA in Finance. Certified Information Systems Auditor with over 40 years of experience in capital markets and banking. Former Head of BgSE Properties & Securities Limited and Group Head – Compliance at Karvy Stock Broking Ltd.

Rima has a rich cross-functional experience spanning two and a half decades in Indian capital markets in various functions such as Technology, Digital Marketing, Product Development in financial markets, Project Management and eBusiness Consulting. She is PGDBA (Finance) & a Chartered Financial Analyst with a bachelor's in Chemical Engineering. Prior to joining Way2Wealth, she was with BRICS Securities as Head-Technology and has been associated with organizations such as the National Stock Exchange, TAIB Securities, Intiqua, Exide Industries etc. in her previous assignments.

Sandhya comes with extensive cross functional experience of over three decades in capital market operations having handled operations of depository participant, broking operations and headed DP Operations in her immediately preceding role. She has worked with the organizations like Shriram Indus Stock Limited & Action Financial Services as Sr. Executive prior to joining Way2Wealth. Currently as Compliance Officer, she is responsible for business and regulatory compliance of Way2Wealth's stock broking business.

Gentil, has over 25 years of work experience in various sectors of the services industry. Previously with IL&FS Investsmart (AVP - HR) and Elbee-UPS.

Dr. Kassim Saleem Ali is a dynamic, energetic and result oriented leader with 36 years of varied experience. He is a retired IPS Officer who holds Ph.D degree in Civil Society Conflict Index and has MBA (Finance) and Masters in Chemistry. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Fourth Fource, an agency which provides background verification services across key business and industry that can help preempt and reduce wrong hires, fraud and criminal intent. He established this start-up in a short period of four months with offices in all state capitals of the country. He was the Director General of Police, Tripura from 2010 to 2011 and later became Special Director/Additional Director of Central Bureau of Investigation in 2011. He was also an Advisor for futuristic development of Jamia Milia Islamia University and Honorary Director for Residential Coaching Academy for training minority and women students. He is a strategic thinker with a strong execution track record of maintaining law and order, motivate, coach & lead teams and improve the liaison between the Police and Public. Presently, he is on the Board of Shriram Credit Company Ltd., Shriram Fortune Solutions Ltd. and Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd. as an Independent Director. His association with Shriram Group has been since 2017.
