He has invested in 100+ startups including two unicorns (PharmEasy and BharatPe), achieved 20+ successful exits, and mentored 20+ entrepreneurs. Based in Surat, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the city's startup ecosystem. He also runs Gaurav Singhvi Ventures (family office), The Financial Supermarket (360° financial advisory), and holds leadership positions in Corporate Connections India and BNI Greater Surat.

Neeraj Tyagi was Co-Founder and CEO of We Founder Circle and a Co-Founder and Partner of Avinya Ventures and Invstt. A prominent figure in India's early-stage startup ecosystem, he helped WFC become one of India's most active angel networks, facilitating 100+ startup deals in three years. He co-founded Invstt, a digital-first investment marketplace with 27,000+ investors across 66 countries, and in 2024 co-founded Avinya Ventures to institutionalise early-stage investing. He made 60+ personal investments including BluSmart, Rooter, Zypp Electric, Oben Electric, Garuda Aerospace, and Anveshan. Neeraj Tyagi passed away on August 16, 2025, at approximately 50 years of age. The wefoundercircle.com website has since published a tribute to him as a 'True Visionary' and 'Founding Director'.
