He holds engineering degrees from USC and completed the YPO OPM program at Harvard Business School.

Her career includes roles at Ernst and Young in their Debt and Special Situations Practice and at Centrum Investment Bank. Beyond her professional life, Shifani is a pet parent who enjoys cooking, travelling and reading in her free time.
