Wyser Capital Trust (SEBI Reg. IN/AIF2/24-25/1691) is a Category II AIF registered in January 2025, managed by Wyser Capital Private Limited — the investment manager for India's pioneering Agentic AI-focused venture fund. Wyser Capital is a Bengaluru-based early-stage enterprise venture fund with a target corpus of INR 200 crore, founded by three co-founders: Suresh Vaswani (Co-Founder & Chairman, former Co-CEO of Wipro IT Business, President of Dell Services, and IIM Ahmedabad/IIT Kharagpur alumnus), Satyakam Mohanty (Co-Founder & Managing Partner, former GE/Genpact analytics leader, founder of Lymbyc — an AI company acquired by LTIMindtree in 2019, and subsequent founder of Fosfor), and Supria Dhanda (Co-Founder & Managing Partner, former Head of Country at Western Digital, SanDisk, and Alcatel-Lucent).
