Surinder Sachdev is CFO and Head of Legal and Compliance at Xcelencia. He has 35+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Tax, and Compliance across Real Estate, Private Equity, and Overseas Fund Structuring. Prior roles include Group CFO at Feedback Infra and CFO at FIRE Capital. He is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.

Harshil Gosalia is Assistant Vice President at Xcelencia Asset Management and the SEBI-registered contact person for the fund. He has 13+ years of experience in Real Estate Private Equity, warehousing, and asset management. His prior experience includes LICHFL Real Estate PE Fund and rating agency CRISIL (S&P Company). He holds an MBA in Finance from XIMR and a BE in Computer Science, Mumbai.

Chanakya Chakravarti served as Head of Indirect Investments for Asia Pacific and Country MD, India at Ivanhoe Cambridge, the global real estate investment arm of CDPQ (Canada's second largest pension fund). Prior roles include MD AsiaPac at JP Morgan Real Estate - Global Alternatives, MD at Actis Capital, and CEO of BlueLife Ltd. He brings nearly 3 decades of global experience in investing, developing, asset managing and monetizing institutional-grade real estate platforms across emerging markets. His career reflects a rare blend of institutional rigour, entrepreneurial agility and strategic execution across both private and public platforms.
