Shivani Bhasin Sachdeva is the Founder, MD & CEO of India Alternatives Investment Advisors, the original investment manager of the fund. She has 15+ years of PE experience. Prior to founding India Alternatives, she was a key member of senior management at IDFC Private Equity, responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring across domestic consumption, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.

Gaurav Doshi is the designated Fund Manager for the 360 ONE Alternative Opportunities Fund (formerly IIFL Alternative Opportunities Fund), confirmed from 360 ONE's November 2024 SEBI disclosure document. He leads the listed equity long/short strategy under 360 ONE Portfolio Managers Limited.

Tejaswini Gupta is Investment Manager for the Early VC Fund and Angel Fund at 360 ONE Asset. She leads startup investment origination, due diligence, and portfolio management for the angel and early VC strategy, working closely with the Mumbai Angels ecosystem. Anup Maheshwari joined 360 ONE Asset Management (then IIFL Asset Management) from DSP BlackRock Investment Managers in August 2018, where he was CIO Equities from May 2001 to June 2018 managing DSP BlackRock's India funds. He has 26+ years of investment experience. Earlier he was briefly CIO at HSBC Asset Management (2005-06) and was associated with Chescor, a British fund management firm. He is an alumnus of IIM Lucknow.

Sameer Nath is CIO and Head of Venture Capital & Private Equity at 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management Limited, overseeing the Private Equity Fund, Venture Capital Trust, and Early VC strategies. He is a Board Director at 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management Limited.
