IIFL Alternative PE Fund (IN/AIF2/16-17/0289) is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (registered January 2016) — originally India Alternatives Private Equity Fund, renamed after IIFL Wealth Management acquired a majority stake in India Alternatives Investment Advisors Private Limited in April 2014. The fund invests in mid-growth stage companies in India, taking significant minority stakes in fast-growing companies with solid fundamentals run by ethical promoters. Initial corpus: INR 230 crore (100% institutional). The investment manager entity subsequently became part of the IIFL Wealth/360 ONE group, and is now managed under 360 ONE Asset Management Limited (formerly IIFL Asset Management Company Limited) following IIFL Wealth's 2022 rebrand to 360 ONE.
