Jyotsna is Managing Partner at Elevar and a founding team member at EPIC World. She leads the firm's investing strategy and priorities in India, along with driving the overall fund performance globally. While building Elevar's investing practice in India, she has closely partnered with entrepreneurs building transformational business models in sectors such as agriculture, MSME services, affordable education and quality healthcare. Jyotsna's capability to build core operational systems that scale impact and her ability to form deep bonds with underserved customers, have helped define and shape the Elevar Method of investing. Jyotsna has ~20 years of work experience spanning banking, retail financial services, strategy, business finance, sales and operations, business intelligence, training and development, in addition to working with entrepreneurs to achieve scale. Prior to Elevar, she was at HSBC and worked directly with the bank's India leadership in multiple roles. Jyotsna is a Commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and completed her MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.

Shobha is Partner at Elevar and leads the firm's finance (funds, corporate and strategic) and fund administration, mid and back office operations, compliance and reporting, working closely with the firm's external audit, tax and legal advisors. She also provides critical support on the firm's organizational development and key systems / processes. Shobha has over 15 years of experience in private equity fund administration. She began her career at Toucan Capital, a Washington-DC based venture capital fund. At Toucan, she gained experience in fund accounting and compliance management of Small Business Investment Companies (SBIC) licensed under the US-SBA run investment program. Thereafter, she moved to PEF Services, a New York City based provider of outsourced fund administration services. Prior to joining Elevar, Shobha spent over five years at Treeline Business Solutions, an India-based KPO, managing their private equity services vertical. Shobha graduated from Drexel University with an MBA and has a Masters in Commerce from the University of Madras.

Kristee is a director at Apex Financial Services (Mauritius) Ltd, where she leads the client services operations and management. She also provides strategic oversight to the Electronic Data Management Department, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory alignment. Her career began in 2008 at SANNE Mauritius (formerly International Financial Services Limited). Kristee also serves as a director on the boards of both financial and non-financial entities. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Finance from the University of Mauritius.

Varshinee is Manager at Apex Financial Services (Mauritius) Ltd. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance (Minor: Law) from the University of Mauritius. She has been with Apex Financial Services (Mauritius) Ltd for over 13 years. Varshinee heads a team of 7 people and oversees a diversified portfolio of about 80 financial and non-financial services entities. She sits on the Board of a number of global business companies and investment funds.

Ramaraj has been a Senior Advisor to Elevar since 2014. Ramaraj is a serial entrepreneur who has been involved in ventures in IT, cellular technology and the Internet. His last venture was Sify, where he was the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Sify was the first Indian Internet Company to list on NASDAQ National Market in the US. In 2010, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) recognized him with a Lifetime Achievement Award for nurturing the Spirit of Entrepreneurship and inspiring and mentoring numerous entrepreneurs. Prior to Elevar, he was the Senior Advisor at Sequoia Capital. He is a Member of the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He is the first Indian to be invited to the Board of Directors of ICANN, where he served for six years as an Independent Director. R. Ramaraj holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras and an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Dilip has been a Senior Advisor to Elevar since 2022. Dilip has over 35 years of management experience in Retail, Distribution and IT enabled consumer & service businesses. Before Elevar, he was a venture partner & strategic advisor with Accel. Prior to this, for two years he was Executive VP & COO at Reliance Retail, responsible for marketing and operations of the Wholesale and Distribution formats. In the nineties he worked for seven years with one of India's top business houses, the RPG group, in various CXO level positions at group companies Spencer and Saregama. Subsequently as an entrepreneur, he was cofounder of the network infrastructure management company, Netsol, which in 2005 was acquired by IBM Global Services. He has served as director on the Board of one of India's leading Microfinance Institutions, on behalf of a global social sector fund. He holds a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT (BHU).

Aneesh is a Senior Advisor at Elevar, bringing extensive experience in strategic partnerships and organizational excellence. He is deeply passionate about accelerating Entrepreneurial Households on their journey to enduring prosperity, a mission he also champions as a founding member of EPIC World. Throughout his career, Aneesh has specialized in building high-impact organizational partnerships and leading complex talent acquisitions. Before joining EPIC World, he was a Partner at Vahura, a premier legal search and consulting firm, where he continues to serve on the Advisory Board. Aneesh began his career in the chambers of Dr. Abhishek Singhvi, appearing before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts. He holds a law degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

Manish is a Senior Advisor at Elevar, bringing three decades of experience in the financial sector. He has a proven track record in capital formation, investment strategies, and corporate finance, with a specific focus on providing support to undercapitalized companies that serve Entrepreneurial Households. Throughout his career, Manish has held senior positions at leading global investment banks, including Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and CLSA, as well as global conglomerates like the Aditya Birla Group. His extensive expertise spans equity, debt, mezzanine, and structured finance, and he has worked with both investors and companies on capital raising and strategic investor relations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with honours from the Shri Ram College of Commerce.

Arpit Shah is an Advisor at Elevar, where he leverages over a decade of experience across multiple sectors to drive growth and long-term impact. He specializes in forging strategic relationships and executing complex initiatives. Throughout his career, Arpit has held key positions in both private equity and consulting firms. Previously, he served as Senior Manager of Investor Relations at True North, a leading Indian private equity firm. Earlier, as a Manager at Grant Thornton India LLP, he advised on deal valuations, structuring, and transaction analysis across diverse industries. Arpit is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has cleared CFA Level II. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai University.
