About Inga Ventures

Founded by a 1st generation investment banker, Mr. G S Ganesh, Inga Ventures is a boutique investment banking firm that offers financial and strategic advisory services. Focused towards the mid-cap segment the company has assisted several companies in their fund raising & capital structuring programs. Inga, through its journey of 25 years identified and nurtured several corporate relationships which blossomed into strong value proposition.

Investment philosophy

The firm's approach of being "Relationship Banker" is distinctly different from that of being a "Transaction Banker". Inga spent enormous time in understanding the business, culture of family, aspirations of the promoters before deciding the approach in the overall monetization plan. Taking a lead out of this journey, Inga set up a small private equity fund to enrich the experience earned over the decades. This Fund will focus on opportunities in the mid cap segment wherein apart from taking its stake, Inga will assist the company in its growth phase with like minded investors as also culminating its journey into a public listing or a strategic divestment.

G.S. Ganesh is the Founder of Inga Ventures Private Limited, a first-generation investment banker who built the firm over 25 years into one of India's respected boutique mid-cap investment banking houses. He conceptualised and established the Ekkum TIH Emerging Opportunities Fund to deploy proprietary capital alongside Inga's advisory expertise.

S. Karthikeyan is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of investment banking experience at Inga Ventures. He specialises in ECM regulations and complex financial modelling in private equity transactions, and has actively managed a wide population of PE fund relationships from initial discussions to transaction closure.

Dharmesh Dalal is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience heading and managing institutional broking teams. He has successfully concluded placement of large equity blocks of listed companies and has strong relationships with both corporate houses and global fund managers.
