Corporate Governance: The investment selection process prioritizes companies that demonstrate rigorous adherence to the highest corporate governance standards. Margin of Safety: To ensure that value creation in a company translates into investor returns, the Fund focuses on consistent discipline to secure an adequate margin of safety in entry pricing, as a fundamental principle.
