Nine Alps Trust is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (reg. IN/AIF2/24-25/1595), registered in September 2024 and managed and sponsored by Nine Alps Corporate Advisors LLP — a Mumbai-based fund management firm. The maiden scheme, Nine ALPS Opportunity Fund, is a closed-ended Cat II AIF with a corpus of ₹45 crore and a greenshoe option of ₹45 crore (total ₹90 crore), targeting capital appreciation through diversified investments in listed and unlisted securities, with a focus on the SME segment. The fund has a minimum capital commitment of ₹1 crore, a 10% p.a. hurdle rate (XIRR), an 80:20 profit sharing structure, a 2% p.a. management fee, and a 5-year lifespan (extendable by 1+1 years). The fund's sector-agnostic strategy encompasses Pre-IPO investments, IPO (Anchor and QIB category), and SME-segment listed and unlisted equity. Investment philosophy

Nine Alps Opportunity Fund's investment philosophy is built on four pillars: (1) Pre-IPO and IPO Investment — identifying companies poised for listing and participating in anchor/QIB categories to capture pre-listing alpha; (2) Focus on Fundamentals — evaluating companies on high growth potential, superior unit economics, high return ratios, low leverage, diversified revenues, and outperformance vs peers; (3) Depth and Quality of Management — partnering with teams that have both depth and breadth for quality execution; (4) Corporate Governance and Margin of Safety — strict governance standards combined with disciplined entry pricing to ensure value creation translates into investor returns. The fund's investment universe spans BSE SME, NSE Emerge, and mainboard listed companies, as well as unlisted pre-IPO stages.
